I started my diplomatic career in studying at Oberlin College in Ohio.

I had been Japanese Consulate General in Detroit before I was appointed as Ambassador to Lebanon.

I love America and I love American people.

私はアメリカ人を愛しています。

As a matter of fact, Japan and Japanese people love America

実際、日本人はアメリカを愛しています。

And I am sure many countries and the people in the world love America.

 That is why America has to be correct and be fair.
